After she was shot by the Taliban, she went on to do many more things and take many more risks. Before she could do that though, she had many procedures to heal her, luckily she didn't suffer any major brain damage. In October of 2013 her book "I am Malala: The Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban". Even after the indecent and the support that Malala has, the Taliban still considers her as a target. The support that she had gained helped her win the Nobel Peace Prize, National Youth Prize, plus many others.
